We serve those who serve. Our ministry exists to strengthen Christian leaders, refresh weary hearts, and equip local pastors and couples to live and lead from a place of spiritual wholeness.Through renewal retreats, marriage enrichment, and leadership training, we help leaders experience restoration — then return home equipped to restore others.

Spiritual Direction

Prayerful, guided conversations that help you notice and respond to God’s presence in your life.
We invite leaders and couples in to this sacred space to slow down, listen deeply, and discern how the Holy Spirit is leading them.

Equip

Global Outreach & Leader Training

We partner with pastors, ministries, and local leaders throughout Asia to provide biblical training, practical tools, and encouragement along the way. We equip them to lead from a place of spiritual strength and emotional health.Each trip is guided by a partnership model:
We train the trainers. By investing in national leaders who know their people best, we help ensure sustainable impact that continues to grow within their own cultural and spiritual context.Most recently we've done work in India, Nepal, and Myanmar.

Who We Are

Founded by Alan and Missy Trippe in 2006, our team brings years of pastoral leadership, marriage counseling, and cross-cultural ministry experience.We’ve seen firsthand the toll ministry can take — and the transformation that happens when leaders encounter renewal and are equipped with sustainable ministry tools. That’s why we’re passionate about building up those who build the Church.
